LOVERS STABBED TO DEATH AFTER WORK

Two shop workers who were in a relationship were stabbed to death in one of Britain's busiest shopping streets as they left a night shift this morning.
Matalan employees Zoe Morgan, a 21-year-old window dresser, and shop assistant Lee Simmons, 34, were attacked and killed as they left the store in Cardiff's Queen Street.
A colleague said: 'This is a terrible tragedy. They had only started seeing each other and made a lovely couple. We are all in bits.'
The farmhouse home of 20-year-old hotel worker Andrew Saunders was today searched by police investigating the deaths.

Sales assistant Lee and fashion graduate Zoe met while working shifts together - and he dubbed her his 'Tinkerbell'.
But they pair were attacked at 5.50am as they left the store, which is Matalan's first high street branch in Britain.
Police officers flooded Cardiff's main Queen Street at around 6am after the couple were found dead outside high street stores Boots and Matalan.

These Are 10 Signs You’re Bad In Bed And Don’t Even Know It… Take Correction

Just because you think you’re a s*x machine and women say you’ve given them great orgasms, doesn’t mean it’s true.
Every man worth his salt wants to be a stud in the sack. And if you’re reading this article, you’ve already taken a step in the right direction toward making sure your partner is satisfied.

1. You skip foreplay

The problem: You come home after thinking about s*x all day and try to stick your penis in her right away. She, on the other hand, has not been thinking about s*x. She’s been thinking about work, that squabble with her best friend, and what she’s making for dinner. She’s not warmed up, therefore she’s not going to enjoy it.

Fix it: “Foreplay, foreplay, foreplay—I can’t say it enough!” Morse says. You may be ready to go the second you get home, but you have to remember, sex is mostly mental for women. They have to be warmed up, physically and mentally. “Most women not only enjoy foreplay, but we need it in order to get aroused before actual intercourse,” Morse says. Foreplay can even start hours before you’re through the door. Send her a text about how much you can’t wait to see her or how beautiful she looked this morning. Then when you get home kiss and caress her before you start taking her clothes off. Foreplay isn’t a suggestion; it’s a requirement for most women.

Christmas Magic.--By Henrikh Mkhitaryan Of United

'It was a little Christmas magic... the best goal I've ever scored': Mkhitaryan thrilled with stunning scorpion kick strike for United

Henrikh Mkhitaryan said his sensational 'scorpion' goal in Manchester United's 3-1 win against Sunderland yesterday was 'the best I've ever scored'. The Armenian, returning from injury, brought the house down at Old Trafford with a stunning piece of improvisation that his manager Jose Mourinho called 'phenomenal'.  Mkhitaryan flicked up his right heel to connect with Zlatan Ibrahimovic's cross for United's third goal.

Russian Ambassador To Turkey Shot Dead In Ankara Art Gallery

The Russian ambassador to Turkey has been shot dead by a police officer who shouted “Don’t forget Aleppo” as he pulled the trigger.

The chilling attack on Monday evening, which was captured on video, appeared to be a backlash against Russian military involvement in the Syrian civil war.

Andrei Karlov was attacked at the opening of an art exhibition in Ankara by a man believed to be an off-duty Turkish police officer. Karlov was several minutes into a speech when he was shot. Footage of the attack showed a man dressed in a suit and tie standing calmly behind the ambassador. He then pulled out a gun, shouted “Allahu Akbar” and fired at least eight shots.

EVERTON 2-1 ARSENAL

EVERTON 2-1 ARSENAL - DOMINIC KING AT GOODISON PARK: All had been well in Arsene Wenger’s world. Arsenal were nicely positioned in second, players in good form and offered a chance to make a mark as this title race starts to take shape. Beat out of form Everton and things would have ticked along smoothly. By the time he left Goodison, Wenger was an open book once again. He bemoaned a referee’s decision but really he should be asking questions of his own team. This was careless, reckless almost. This defeat may prove so costly in the final reckoning.

Trump Is The New JFK Says Bill Gates

Bill Gates suggested Tuesday that there was a bit in common between how President-elect Donald Trump and President John F. Kennedy communicated with the American people.

The billionaire philanthropist, who recently had a phone conversation with Trump to discuss clean energy and climate change, told CNBC that "there can be a very upbeat message" about a Trump administration.

"You know, a lot of his message has been about things where he sees things not as good as he'd like," he said.

The Microsoft cofounder and Forbes-designated richest person in the world continued: "But in the same way that President Kennedy talked about the space mission and got the country behind that — I think that whether it's education or stopping epidemics, other health breakthroughs, finishing polio, and in this energy space — there can be a very upbeat message that his administration is going to organize things, get rid of regulation barriers, and have American leadership through innovation be on of the things that he gets behind."

Manchester United Cruise Past West Ham: 4-1

Manchester United cruise past West Ham to move one step from Wembley with resurgent Martial and Ibrahimovic both netting twice

Tony Martial scored. And then Tony Martial scored again. And now Manchester United are three games from the first trophy of the Jose Mourinho era. With Liverpool and Southampton still in the mix it is not going to be easy, but Mourinho has always set store in laying down a marker by winning the first real trophy of the season and, wherever he was in the stadium, he will have been mightily pleased by this result, and this performance.

Pleased by Martial, too. He seemed to suggest a week ago that the striker was running out of time to impress, with Old Trafford’s songs about the prolific nature of his scoring feats – and the value he represented at £50m – seeming increasingly optimistic.

My nose was blocked since last week, but after the prophet sprayed me with Doom I feel coming out of my nose. I thank God for healing me."

Silicon Valley Wants To Break Away As California Nation.

Hyperloop One co-founder Shervin Pishevar proposed that California should secede from the United States to escape a Trump presidency
Pishevar tweeted that if Trump won, he would be 'announcing and funding a legitimate campaign for California to become its own nation'
He said he would call the potential sovereign body 'New California' and labeled it as the 'most patriotic thing' he could do

Other Silicon Valley investors support him like Cheezburger founder Ben Huh, Design, Inc. CEO Marc Hemeon and Path founder David Morin

Help Hillary Clinton Wins

Hillary Clinton supporters aren’t ready to give up hope. A Change.org petition created Wednesday wants the Electoral College to vote for the Democratic candidate instead of President-elect Donald Trump.

“On Dec. 19, the electors of the Electoral College will cast their ballots. If they all vote the way their states voted, Donald Trump will win,” the petition reads. “However, they can vote for Hillary Clinton if they choose. Even in states where that is not allowed, their vote would still be counted, they would simply pay a small fine, which we can be sure Clinton supporters will be glad to pay!”

The petition doesn’t want the electors to vote for the New York businessman. “Mr. Trump is unfit to serve,” the petition says. “His scapegoating of so many Americans, and his impulsivity, bullying, lying, admitted history of sexual assault, and utter lack of experience make him a danger to the republic.”

The petition adds Clinton should be president because she won the popular vote. “There is no reason Trump should be president,” it says. “She won the popular vote.” The latest poll showed Clinton had 400,000 more votes than Trump, according to  CBS News,  CNN and  NBC News.

'Kill the police!' Clinton and Trump Supporters Clash On The Streets of Indianapolis

'Kill the police!' Clinton and Trump supporters clash on the streets of Indianapolis and hurl bottles and rocks at cops, who blame 'out of town instigators' on another day of widespread demonstrations

Anti-Donald Trump protesters have shouted, 'kill the police' at officers as they hurled rocks and bottles at cops during demonstrations (middle inset) across the country against the President-elect. At least seven people were arrested in Indianapolis on Saturday night, with more than 500 protesters clashing with police in the city. The demonstration - held in Vice President-elect Mike Pence's state - was 'mostly peaceful' before 'police used what appeared to be a pepper gun on some protesters walking in the street', according to local reports. However, it then took a turn for the worse, and at least seven were arrested (middle).

In Portland, police said 19 protesters were arrested in the city throughout the night as protests continued for another night. There were also protests in New York, Los Angeles, Miami, Salt Lake City, Las Vegas, Kansas City, Chicago and Washington DC. However, Trump fans began to push back against the protests, with some hitting the streets as well. One man drove a military-style truck towards protesters in Indianapolis (top left), another attempted to speak with protesters (right), and one woman drove the streets in her car waving a Trump sign (bottom left).

Lady Gaga & Others Protested Trump Victory

There was misery for Hillary Clinton's band of Hollywood megafans as Donald Trump emerged victorious as American President.
Lady Gaga staged a protest against Trump outside Trump Tower, clinging to a sanitation truck with a sign 'Love Trumps Hate'.

She was then pictured looking emotional in a luxury black Rolls-Royce Phantom being driven away clasping her hands together. At midnight, she had taken to Twitter and wrote: 'Say a prayer America.'
Just hours before Trump cinched his victory, Demi Lovato was forced to apologize for making an insensitive election joke.

Hand of friendship: Trump and Obama meet in Oval Office and praise each other at 90 minute meeting that 'could have gone on much longer'

The most powerful man in America and the one Americans elected to replace him met at the White House this morning for more than 90 minutes in a public display of unity intended to help the country digest the shocking results of Tuesday's presidential election. The two men had never met each other. President-elect Donald Trump said he intended for the getting-to-know-you meeting to last ten to 15 minutes but it went on much longer, delving into areas of policy.

US 2016 POST-ELECTION CHAOS (The Backlash Begins) 2

Anti-Trump protests turn violent : Cops clash with 6,000-strong crowd in Oakland and activists block roads in LA amid nationwide demonstrations that saw Madonna and Cher join 7,000 in NYC

The streets of downtown Oakland were choked with smoke Thursday as police launched tear gas and protesters lit fires, in what became by some distance the most violent of the many protests against the election of Donald Trump. More than 6,000 protesters were seen on the streets of the city with an initially peaceful march down a cop-lined street turning nasty after some protesters threw bottles at officers.

US 2016 POST-ELECTION CHAOS (The Backlash Begins) 1

Cher and Madonna were among thousands of furious protesters stomping toward Trump Tower in New York City tonight to protest Donald Trump's shock election as president. Cher told one protester 'We have to fight' - and a fight certainly looked on the cars as the masses marched, holding aloft effigies, including Trump hanging from a noose, and placards reading 'Impeach White Supremacy.' That was just one of at least seven major protests against the President-elect this evening, as cities ground to a halt to accommodate the livid masses.

Trump & Clinton Supporters Brawl Outside The White House As Violence Erupts Across America

Parties held on university campuses across liberal states soon turned into wakes as swathes of red covered the electoral college map. Jubilant supporters of Donald Trump celebrated wildly following their candidate's unexpected victory. Shortly before 3am EST, Hillary Clinton called her Republican rival to concede defeat after seeing Pennsylvania, Ohio and Florida all turn red. Trump took to the stage and praised Clinton's hard work during her political career. Yet, on the campus of UC Berkley, students chanted 'not our President'. They also lit flares.

Donald Trump's US Election Victory Speech In Full

"Sorry to keep you waiting. Complicated business.

"I’ve just received a call from Secretary Clinton. She congratulated us, it’s about us, on our victory and I congratulated her and her family on a very very hard fought campaign. I mean, she fought very hard.
"Hillary has worked very long and very hard over a long period of time and we owe her a major debt of gratitude for her service to our country. I mean that very sincerely.

"Now it’s time for America to bind the wounds of division. We have to get together.

"To all Republicans and Democrats and Independents across this nation, I say it is time for us to come together as one united people. It’s time.

"I pledge to every citizen of our land that I will be President for all Americans and this is so important to me.

"For those who have chosen not to support me in the past, of which there were a few people, I’m reaching out to you for your guidance and your help so we can work together and unify our great country.
"As I’ve said from the beginning, ours was not a campaign but rather an incredible and great movement made up of millions of hard working men and women who love their country and want better brighter future for themselves and for their family.

US Election: Just One Day Left In Clinton Trump Fight For The White House

After months of scrutiny, analysis and scandal, the race to the White House is very nearly at the finish line.

While many pundits have given Clinton the edge, polls have been tighter than anticipated.

Today President Barack Obama will rally for the last time for Clinton and, likewise, Trump will mount his last bid to get his message across to the electorate.

All eyes now will be on the battleground states where voters have just hours to weigh up the pros and cons of the candidates before making their decision - between two contenders billed as the least popular in history.

Among those key states is Virginia which, until Democrat Obama's victories in 2008 and 2012, consistently voted Republican.

But now, thanks to a demographic shift and the popularity of Obama, it has become a key player in the race.

Mourinho & Bags Of trouble

Jose Mourinho accused his players of treating their Europa League clash with Fenerbahce as 'a summer friendly' after Manchester United were beaten in Istanbul. Mourinho's side fell behind after just 65 seconds in the Sukru Saracoglu Stadium and Wayne Rooney's 38th goal in Europe - equalling Ruud van Nistelrooy's record for United - was not enough to save them from a 2-1 defeat. To make matters worse for the United boss, world record signing Paul Pogba limped off after half an hour.

Trump & Clinton Sound Danger Warnings In Battle For Votes

Donald Trump has said a cloud of investigation would follow a victorious Hillary Clinton into the White House, evoking the bitter impeachment battle of the 1990s in a closing campaign argument meant to bring wayward Republican voters home.

For her part, Democrat presidential candidate Mrs Clinton and her allies, led by President Barack Obama, told voters to get serious about the dangers of Mr Trump.

As polls show Mr Trump closing in on Mrs Clinton in key battleground states, her campaign is rushing to shore up support in some long-standing Democratic strongholds. That includes the campaign's Michigan firewall - a remarkable situation for a candidate who looked to be cruising to an easy win just a week ago.

Mrs Clinton's shrunken lead has given Mr Trump's campaign a glimmer of hope, one he is trying to broaden into a breakthrough before time runs out, zeroing in on questions of Mrs Clinton's trustworthiness and a new FBI review of an aide's emails.

The attack is aimed at appealing to moderate Republicans and independents who have been the holdouts of his campaign, turned off by his behaviour but equally repelled by the possible return of the Clintons.

"Here we go again with the Clintons - you remember the impeachment and the problems," Mr Trump said at a rally in Jacksonville, Florida.

Bastian Schweinsteiger Returns To Manchester United Training

Bastian Schweinsteiger has returned to first-team training with Manchester United, after months of exile from Jose Mourinho's squad.
The former Germany international had been forced to train on his own this season, with Mourinho making it clear that the 32-year-old was not part of his plans.
But Schweinsteiger was spotted back in training with his team-mates on Monday, just days after being left out of the club's squad photograph.

He was pictured smiling during the session with Wayne Rooney, who looked delighted to see his team-mate return to the fold, as well as coming under the watchful eye of Mourinho.
Phil Jones was also back in first-team training after returning for injury, as was the unfancied Henrikh Mkhitaryan, alongside a host of more regular stars.
Whether this will mean a return to the match-day squad for the World Cup winner or not is unknown, but it is a start for Schweinsteiger, who had also trained with the under-23 side this season.

Manchester United Players Don’t Agree With Jose Mourinho Over This – Report

Manchester United  players believe Wayne Rooney should be given the chance to assert his place back in the starting XI.
The club captain has found himself out of Jose Mourinho’s first-team in recent weeks after a dip in form.

The same has happened with England after Gareth Southgate dropped Wayne Rooney to the bench for their latest World Cup qualifiers.

Mourinho has deployed Rooney in midfield of late with Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Marcus Rashford leading the line.

But according to the Daily Mail, several United players want Rooney to play in the No.9 role and believe he deserves another opportunity to impress.

My Life In Manchester Is A Disaster

Jose Mourinho has claimed living in Manchester has been a “bit of a disaster” so far as he painted a frustrated picture of life in a goldfish bowl.
His wife Tami and children Matilde and Jose Jr – a goalkeeper at Fulham – have stayed in London at their stunning central London townhouse – and he says he does not like constant paparazzi attention.

The former Chelsea coach is facing huge pressure after United slumped to a 4-0 defeat over the weekend against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge. The huge loss extended United's poor run to one win in six Premier league matches.

I’m Done With Trump – Clinton

U.S. Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton has said she no longer cares what her Republican rival Donald Trump might say and will focus on issues instead
“I debated him for four and a half hours,” she said, recalling their acrimonious exchanges. “I don’t even think about responding to him anymore.” She was speaking to reporters aboard her campaign plane.

Mr Trump used a rally in Gettysburg to promise curbs on lobbying and new trade and climate change negotiations. With just 16 days until the election, much of the recent focus has been on controversies linked to his campaign. On Saturday, he again promised to sue every woman who had accused him of sexual assault or inappropriate behaviour as soon as his presidential campaign was over. While the tycoon lags behind Mrs Clinton in opinion polls, he recently narrowed the gap to about four percentage points.

Fani-Kayode Slumped In EFCC Custody

A former Minister of Aviation, Femi Fani-Kayode, slumped in the custody of the Economic
and Financial Crimes Commission.

The Special Assistant to Fani-Kayode on Media, Jude Ndukwe, raised the alarm in a statement On Monday night. Ndukwe said Fani Kayode slumped in the custody of the EFCC on Saturday.

Operatives of the EFCC had last Friday re-arrested Fani-Kayode outside the premises of the Federal High Court on Oyinkan Abayomi Drive, Ikoyi, Lagos.

Fani-Kayode was picked up after attending his trial over an alleged fraud of N4.9bn before Justice Muslim Hassan.

He was arrested as soon as he stepped out of the courtroom after the judge had adjourned further proceedings in his trial till November 14 and 15, 2016.

Obanikoro’s Revelations: Should EFCC Quiz Jonathan?

Prof. Fidelis Oditah (A Senior Advocate of Nigeria and Queen’s Counsel)
Does he have immunity? Is he not a Nigerian? Everybody is equal before the law. He should be questioned. Many leaders in Africa have gone to jail for corruption. We should avail ourselves the opportunity to combat corruption by showing people they won’t get off scot-free when they leave office having plundered the state.

There is nothing political about it. If I steal money, won’t I be investigated? Won’t the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission invite me? Is that political? Why should politicians be provided with a life-long immunity from being probed? If he (Jonathan) is probed, some people will say the past president’s can of worm is opened. That is the problem we have in this country. We must make it clear to everyone that no one is above the law. At some point, you must be held accountable for your stewardship. I don’t think quizzing Jonathan has anything to do with politics. It is about cleaning the system and enforcing our laws.

We have outsourced our criminal prosecution to other countries to help us recover stolen funds. America is returning looted Abacha funds, Britain is holding Diezani (Alison-Madueke) and it has jailed ex-governor James Ibori. Who have we jailed? Is there any law that you shouldn’t be probed if you were a political office holder? In fact, that is even a good reason to probe you. So, if Jonathan is suspected to have plundered the assets put in his care as a trustee for the people of Nigeria, he should be probed. He must give an account of his stewardship. If I sent you on an errand and I gave you some money, you should come back and tell me how you spent the money. What is wrong in that?

I Gave Fayose, Omisore N2.5bn For Ekiti, Osun Elections – Obanikoro

I gave Fayose, Omisore N2.5bn for Ekiti, Osun elections – Obanikoro
Former minister of state for Defence, Sen. Musiliu Obanikoro, allegedly told Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) that N1. 2 billion was transfered to Ekiti Governor Ayodele Fayose, in 2014, from the Office of the National Security Adviser (ONSA) for the governorship election.

Obanikoro, who is still in EFCC custody reportedly said the cash was wired into a company, Sylva Mcnamara’s bank account within seven months, in 2014.
A source within the commission said the ex- minister was confronted with water-tight evidence of movement of funds from the ONSA, allegedly using companies belonging to his children, Babajide and Gbolahan as fronts. Obanikoro, who reportedly opened up in EFCC custody, however, insisted he is not the owner of Sylva Mcnamara, the company which was used to transfer N4.7 billion in 2014.
The former minister also said N1.3 billion was given to Senator Iyiola Omisore, who was governorship candidate of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) for Osun State election.

Jose Mourinho Blasts Antonio Conte For 'Humiliating' Celebrations During Manchester United's Defeat At Chelsea

Jose Mourinho's return to Stamford Bridge began with hugs and ended in humiliation.

After enjoying an emotional embrace with his former Chelsea captain John Terry, Mourinho's Manchester United team were swamped by goals from Pedro, Gary Cahill, Eden Hazard and N'Golo Kante.

He was then involved in an unedifying touchline spat with Antonio Conte, who had been urging Chelsea fans to recognise his team's dominant performance.

Italian TV reported Mourinho angrily said to his rival at the final whistle: 'You don't celebrate like that at 4-0, you can do it at 1-0, otherwise it's humiliating for us.'

Mourinho accused Conte of disrespect in a heated touchline rant. And the bad blood from Manchester United's 4-0 loss spilled over into the tunnel after the final whistle as a member of Mourinho's staff snubbed a handshake from Conte.

CBN Orders Banks To Stop Dollar Loans

CBN Director, Banking Supervision, Mrs. Tokunbo Martins, said this at the CBN-Financial Institutions Training Centre (FITC) continuous education programme for Directors of Banks and Other Financial Institutions, held in Lagos.

She said the policy shift followed the continuous depreciation of the naira and subsequent rise in foreign currency exposures of banks in naira terms.

“Banks may, therefore, need to restrict extending foreign currency denominated loans to customers that do not earn foreign exchange,” she said.

Speaking on the theme: Current Regulatory Requirements and their Implications, Mrs Martins said the CBN introduced the flexible forex policy to address the challenges experienced in the forex market.

“The objective of the new regime is to enhance efficiency and facilitate a liquid and transparent Foreign Exchange Market. It is pertinent to note that, although the regime is flexible, CBN intervention in the inter-bank market is allowed, and can be direct or through dynamic secondary market mechanisms,” she said.
